Terms & conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases through the justlovegardening.com website.
In order to process your order we require some personal details: your name, email address, credit/debit card details, contact phone number and address. If you choose to deliver items to a third party (such as a friend) we wlll also require their name and address. Name/address information is used by Royal Mail or other couriers to deliver the order and we may contact you by phone should there be a problem with your order.
We will send a confirmation of your order to your email address and you will be charged at the time of placing your order. Please note that a contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. This may be because the product is out of stock or we cannot obtain authorization of the payment. If the product is out of stock (ie: it has been sold out after you placed your order), then we will let you know and offer you an alternative product or a refund.
All prices of advertised products are in pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. If a pricing error is identified before a product is despatched, we retain the right to offer you a full refund or the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct selling price.
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are set out in the Delivery tab on the home page and charges are also displayed at the checkout.
We use Royal Mail or courier services to deliver our orders and all deliveries are subject to their terms and conditions. On rare occasions, delivery can take longer than anticipated – please note that delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes at all.

Usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after your order has been dispatched, but may vary depending on the destination. If you have any queries, please contact us.
Deliveries to countries outside Europe:
Usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days after your order has been dispatched, but may vary depending on the destination. If you have any queries, please contact us.
Please be aware that Consumer Contracts Regulations state that we have 30 days to deliver items.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unfortunate circumstances where an item has arrived faulty or damaged (or is not as ordered) then we will arrange with you to return or dispose of the item.
Before returning the item, please email email@example.com to let us know what has happened and to request a reference number to include with any return.
If an item has arrived and is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and attach a simple photograph of the damaged item to your email. We will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.
If a replacement item is required, this will be sent to you free of any delivery charge. If you have received one of our products as a gift and it is faulty or damaged, we can only refund the original purchaser.
Refunds and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase from us (or simply change your mind) then you can return the item(s) to us unused and in their original condition within 28 days for a prompt refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns of personalised products; this does not affect your statutory rights.
Please complete a cancellation form or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the order to let us know that you wish to return the item(s) and to request a reference number to include with the return.
Goods returned must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, swingtags, etc), otherwise we will not be able to process the refund or exchange the goods.
You must return the products to us at your own cost.
In line with Consumer Contracts Regulations, delivery charges from the original order will be refunded only where an entire order is returned. Under the regulations, customers that cancel a contract for purchase of an item(s) within 14 days of receipt of their order will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to the customer, provided that the entire order is being returned. If the item(s) returned is part of a larger order, then no delivery charge is refunded.
You are responsible for the items until they are received at our return address and we recommend that you use a trackable delivery service. Replacements, refunds and exchanges cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us.
We aim to issue a replacement, refund or exchange within 7 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when it has been issued.
Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Please note that in all instances we shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.
